We used another pool “big” pool company prior and was got tired of outrageous bills, invoices for work never done, and unprofessional staff.

Since using Rick Pinto Pools, they always respond to issues or requests promptly (thanks Lenny), send their techs immediately when they need to troubleshoot (Ivan is awesome!), and are proactive with recommendations to ensure everything works and continues to work properly. They are reasonably priced, easy to work with, and provide an easy menu of ways to work with them based on your needs.

Rick Pinto has been maintaining my pool for literally decades. I have relied on him throughout the ups and downs of dealing with an OLD vinyl liner pool and he has not once disappointed me nor given me bad advice. He has ALWAYS been honest, his workmen are diligent and careful, often going the extra mile to make sure the perimeters of the pool sparkle. This is not easy with a vinyl liner, btw. Furthermore, whenever there has been a glitch, Rick always responds as close to immediately as one could expect of a big business. He has even come out himself to resolve an issue (vinyl liners can leak, for instance) or he has educated me via FaceTime when I’ve had a power glitch and need guidance on resetting something. He is a very patient man!

He has also given me good advice about replacement items (heaters, pumps, etc.), his prices are competitive and fair, and last year redid my ancient pool deck. It was a pleasure to work with him on that.
